The United States Postal Service created Mail Preparation Total Quality Management in 1995. The purpose of MPTQM was to “improve the overall quality of direct mail.”
Firmly planted in the traditions of such quality control methodologies as ISO 9000 and Malcolm Baldridge, the USPS bestows MPTQM certification “only to those firms that display a near obsessive devotion to quality control in the design and preparation of commercial mail”.
We are extremely proud that Impact Mailing and Fulfillment is the first (and only) list mailing service in Minnesota… and the 10th nationally… to receive this coveted MPTQM Certification.
