Who is going to help me write and/or design my eMail message?
Impact can work with you starting at the point of “concept” – discussing what you would like to communicate and then have the copy written and/or designed.

I've already designed the HTML, how should I send it to you?
You can e-mail the actual HTML file to Impact.The graphics will need to be hosted on a public accessible site on the internet. If you don’t have means to place the graphics on the web, Impact can host them on Impact’s site.

I've written the copy, but want to have you put it together in an HTML using graphics I already have - does Impact do that?
Impact can do that for you. Simply supply Impact with the copy and the graphic files.

I use Goldmine (or Act2000 or some other CRM management software) and I am wondering what format you want the list sent to you in?
You can use the export function inside these programs exporting them in any of these formats:

• *.dbf
• *.csv
• *.txt
• *.xls

What reports will be available to me?
Your will receive both summary and detail reports on: E-mails Sent E-mails Opened, URL link click throughs and Bounce reporting

Will the recipient of the e-mail know that I am using outside email marketing services? What will show up in the "From" line?
You may define whatever you'd like to be put in the "From " line.

Will Impact help me design surveys to gain more information from my clients via e-mail?
Yes, Impact can facilitate this for you.

Does it matter whether they are coming off a Mac system?
Impact operates on an IBM PC platform and prefers to receive files saved for this platform but we can (in most cases) convert data from a Mac system.

Who is going to manage my eMail database? Will this database be separate from my main customer/prospect database?
Impact can manage your eMail database and we will provide you with a periodic file of changes and deletions so you can update your system.

Who is going to deal with opt out requests, bouncebacks, undeliverables, etc?
Impact Mailing's eMail marketing services group can manage all requests for changes or deletions.

How will I best acquire eMail addresses for those customer/prospects that I don't have?

• Telemarketing to get contact name and e-mail
• Soliciting e-mail via web site registrations
• Soliciting e-mail addresses via newsletter or postcard
